My view Point

Before Fan Chun came out, Nobody thought the movie about kids would gain a lot of money. The movie change many Thais thought. I can say that, in the past, some Thais thought that Thai movies have no quality. They had bad plots, characters or other reasons that people didn't want to pay for Thai movies.
All the kids in Fan Chan

But after Fan Chun was on the screen, People started to talk about it. Person to person, this movie was a big wave of Thai movie industries. One big reason that makes Fan Chun popular in the society is The movie make people thing about themselves when they was young. Most of us used to had "first love" or you can called first boyfriend or girlfriend. Then your friends would mocking on you and him/her, and you tried to deny it.

Boys Gang

The Unseeable (Pen Choo Kab Pee)

OK, I will start with the horror movie. This one is really Thai.... Hmmmm, before I write anything, let's start with synopsis

synopsis (...ooh, I have a topic now)

The Unseeable is a story in the year of 1934, about two girls that came from opposite societies. One is Nual-Chan (means the moon) the girl from country side that came to town looking for her lost lover. Another one is Ran-Juan (means happiness) the mistic rich lady whom people said that she kept her paramour in her house, but... he is not a human.

The Unseeable

My view Point

In my opiniun, The Unseeable is different from other Thai horror. This movie is what I can say "It is really Thai horror". It not only horror that have ghostes walking around or give you a bloody faces of the deaths, but also Thai culture about believe of Thai people. And some Thais said The Unseeable is really scary, but not for me. It is not that scary, nor nightmare after watched it.

Nual-Chan, the country girl

However I can say The Unseeable is the "must see" if you want to watch movie and learn about Thai culture. It did not make a lot of money on the big screen but I really really love this movie.
